This Privacy Policy explains how Rockit (“Rockit”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tryrockit.com or use the Rockit app. By using Rockit you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account, plus billing details handled by our payment processor.
- Brand and content data. The product details, links, media, and brand information you add so Rockit can generate content for you, along with the content you create, edit, and publish.
- Connected social accounts. If you connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, we store the access tokens and basic profile/metrics data those platforms provide so we can publish on your behalf and report performance.
- Usage data. Log data such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Rockit service.
- Generate content based on the brand information you provide.
- Publish and schedule posts to the social accounts you connect.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions.
- Send service updates, receipts, and (with your consent) marketing emails.
- Understand product usage so we can fix problems and build better features.
3. AI and your data
Rockit uses third-party AI providers to generate scripts, captions, images, and videos. The inputs you provide are sent to those providers solely to produce your content. We do not sell your brand data, and we do not use your private content to train our own models.
4. Sharing
We only share information with:
- Service providers that help us run Rockit (hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, email, and AI generation), bound by contractual confidentiality.
- Social platforms you explicitly connect, to publish content you approve.
- Legal authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
We never sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit parts of the service.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal, billing, or security reasons.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tryrockit.com.
9. Children
Rockit is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
