These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rockit website and app (the “Service”), operated by Rockit (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Rockit helps you create short-form content with AI — including trend remixes, AI UGC videos, slideshows, and captions — and publish it to social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- New customers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first purchase. Email us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Prices may change; we will give you notice before any change affects your renewal.
4. Usage limits and fair use
Plans include generation limits (for example, monthly creation caps). We may apply fair-use safeguards to protect the Service from abuse, automated scraping, or resale of generations.
5. Your content
- You retain ownership of everything you upload and of the content Rockit generates for you, to the extent permitted by law.
- You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.
- You are responsible for the content you publish — including having the rights to any media you upload and complying with each social platform’s rules.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Impersonate real people without their consent.
- Spam platforms, manipulate engagement, or violate platform policies.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or imperfect. Review everything before publishing. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content, including any claims it makes about your product.
8. Third-party platforms
Publishing requires connecting third-party accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Those platforms have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or any action they take against your account.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, views, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
